Refund policy

At this time we do not accept returns, only exchanges. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange you can contact us by messaging us on Shopify or by emailing us at okiegirlblossoms@gmail.com. Please note that returned items will need to be sent to the following address: 621 East Princeton Drive, PO Box 891, Princeton TX 75407, United States. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
All items can be exchanged, including custom orders, if item is returned in original condition. Buyer must return item within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is not responsible for return shipping costs. Once an exchange is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds. All items can be exchanged for store credit. Please refer to our exchanges policy for further details. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order please message us on Shopify or email us at okiegirlblossoms@gmail.com.
