Shipping policy

At this time we only ship domestically within the United States (U.S.). All items will be handmade within 1-3 business days (excluding U.S. recognized holidays). Order processing time can vary for custom orders depending on size and availability of materials. Once we have finished processing your order, delivery takes approximately 3-4 business days with our free standard shipping option. However, for an additional cost we offer UPS 2nd day air if express shipping is needed. During the busy holiday season we strongly suggest ordering as soon as possible, as shipping times are subject to change with delays from our shipping carriers.
